Hon. Suleiman Isiyaku is a seasoned leader with a strong record in governance and business. He served as a Member of the House of Representatives (1999–2003) and currently sits on the Governing Council of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi.
Over the years, he has served on several government boards and now chairs multiple reputable private organizations, including MBG Group, Valley Dwellings Ltd, and SA’A Global Traders Ltd. His leadership and global exposure continue to drive Verdi Energy Limited toward excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Dr. Okei is a results-oriented administrator, entrepreneur, and scholar with a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Benin. He has held several key government appointments and currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Peace Building and Conflict Resolution.
He also chairs multiple enterprises, including Blue Premium Nigeria Ltd and Fegasoms Travels and Tours Ltd. His leadership combines academic depth, business insight, and a global perspective, positioning Verdi Energy Limited as a forward-thinking, solution-driven organization.
He has a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, from the University of Port Harcourt, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering, from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Mini-MBA for International Business Management Institute, Berlin, IBMI, Project Management certification from Regenesys Business School.
With over 15 years of professional experience in the Oil and Gas sectors. A COREN-certified Engineer with a Corporate membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Barr. Chikiezie Sylvester Ekeocha is a skilled legal professional with expertise in corporate law, compliance, and governance. He ensures Verdi Energy Limited operates within regulatory frameworks, provides legal guidance on company matters, and supports the management team in maintaining transparency and accountability across all operations.
Awani has over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience in the maritime and oil sectors. He is well-versed in port, shipping, customs, and regulatory procedures involving NPA, NMA, PPMC, and DPR. Known for his strong planning and organizational skills, he ensures efficient supply chain and logistics operations. He holds an HNC in Business Studies, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Shipping) from Plymouth Polytechnic, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, London.
